EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Can I exchange an item from my order?
Yes — if the item is in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached) and within our exchange window. Reach out with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
Are sale items eligible for exchange?
Sale and promotional pieces are considered final and cannot be exchanged or returned.
Can I mail my item back for an exchange?
Yes, courier exchanges are welcome. Simply pack the item securely and send it using a trackable service. Shipping fees for courier exchanges will be at the customer’s expense.
Do you offer refunds in cash?
We do not issue cash refunds. Approved returns will be credited as store credit for future purchases.
ONLINE ORDERS
Can I collect my online order in person?
We currently ship all online orders directly to your address. Self-collection is not available at the moment.
Is it possible to update my order after it’s placed?
If your order hasn’t been packed, we’ll do our best to help you make changes. Drop us a message as soon as possible so we can check the order status.
Something seems wrong with my order. What should I do?
If your parcel arrived with missing, incorrect, or damaged items, please contact us immediately with photos and your order number. We’ll look into it right away.
Can I apply more than one discount code?
Only one discount code can be used per order.
PAYMENTS
In what currency are your prices in?
All prices are displayed in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal and Google Pay. Available options will be shown at checkout.
What do I do if my payment doesn’t go through?
If your payment is declined, try using an alternative card or payment method. You may also contact your bank to check on any temporary holds or verification issues.
